Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across most locations in India through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–10 business days, depending on your delivery location. Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with shipment details and tracking information, where available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. From time to time, SleepSonic may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product or packaging appears damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, kindly refuse delivery if possible or notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Supporting photographs or videos may be required to process your request.
